We have served in numerous capacities, either as a consultant, a member, Board Member or Executive Committee member for various non-profit organizations to assist with the development of their organizational structure.

Our involvement has included basic organizational development, financial planning, membership attraction and retention, marketing and advertising of the organization in conventional modes, special event management, development of web sites and internet programs to increase public awareness of the organization while also maximizing limited operational financial resources.

These activities have encompassed a vast array of differing types of non-profit organizations addressing specific individual problems, needs and initiatives.
